Cancellation / Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, no-shows, and refunds are handled for
reservations requested or booked via this website.

1. How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below and include your
full name, booking dates, and any booking reference you received.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time there will not be any refund.

4. No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the agreed pick-up time/location and do not notify us, the reservation may be treated as a
no-show. In such cases, any deposit/prepayment will be non-refundable and the vehicle may be released.

5. Refunds

  • When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Refund processing times can vary by bank/payment provider. Typical timeframe, 5–10 business days
 

6. Early Returns / Shortened Rentals

If you return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, unused rental days are non-refundable
unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in your booking confirmation.

7. Changes by Customer

Date/time/vehicle changes are subject to availability. Price differences may apply. If we cannot accommodate a change,
you may cancel under this policy.

8. Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare case we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen operational reasons, we will offer either:

  • an alternative vehicle/category (subject to availability), or
  • a full refund of any prepaid amount for the cancelled booking.

9. Force Majeure

Events outside reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions) may affect
reservations. In such cases we will work with you to find a fair solution in line with applicable consumer laws.

10. Priority of Documents

If there is any conflict between this policy and the terms in your booking confirmation or rental agreement,
the booking confirmation and rental agreement will prevail.
